RamblersWay.com wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you need to send your order back FOR ANY REASON within 30 days from the shipment date, the exchange will be completely FREE including standard shipping and no restocking fees.
RETURNS
Return Policy (All 50 States, US Military (APO/FPO) and US Territories):
Return Shipping has NO restocking fees but we do ask that you pay the return shipping. You can ship the items back at your cost for a FULL Refund or use our convenient PRE-PAID Shipping label service ($10 per item will be deducted from your refund). All garments must be in the original, unworn condition. Items must be received in the original packaging.
Once we receive the items and inspect them you will receive your refund. Allow up to 5 business days after receipt in our warehouse to process the refund. The refund will be applied to your original credit card or payment method. Original shipping and handling charges cannot be reimbursed.

You have two options:
(1) Ship the items using your preferred carrier back to the address listed below to receive a FULL Refund
(2) Ship the items using our PRE-PAID shipping label service ($10/item will be deducted from the refund)
(a) Fill out the Return/Exchange Form: A Return/Exchange form was included in your package (if you did not receive the form, click here to download)
(b) Package the Product: Package the product and Return/Exchange Form in the original shipping package
(c) Ship the Package back to our warehouse using our convenient PRE-PAID shipping label service
(i) A PRE-PAID shipping label was included in your package (if not, please CLICK HERE to print out your PRE-PAID shipping label or contact Customer Service at 1-888-793-9665)
(ii) Affix PRE-PAID shipping label on the outer protective shipping packaging
(iii) Hand the sealed package to your USPS mail carrier, drop-off at your nearest US Post Office or schedule a FREE US Postal Service pickup at www.usps.com/pickup
(iv) Please record the tracking number to trace the package (22 digit number located at the bottom of the shipping label)
(v) Ship the package back to:
